He is sorry he cannot come to Gravetye tomorrow or Tuesday as he has to hold his court on both days and many following days too; he is sure Robinson is busy but hopes he is well and enjoying his garden, books, pictures and Gravetye; Gravetye seems as unfinishable as the Tower of Babel itself; he loves ‘to think of its 1599, and its comates William Shakespeare and Francis Bacon’; the Dreyfus case is very interesting; he recommends the article in the June issue of the ‘National Review’
