He had been hoping to be able to give some information about the missing box sent from Tampico [Mexico], but he 'is satisfied' that the box is not in Liverpool, as there have been no ships since August; a ship is expected to arrive soon
A section of the lower half of the sheet with writing on it was previously cut off and repaired with a blank sheet placed on the reverse
