Scope & content
The H.S. [Horticultural Society] is about to send Mr Theodor Hartweg on an expedition to Mexico; he requests that Hartweg's collections of 'seeds and other collections in natural history' could be sent on packets [ships] from Vera Cruz [Veracruz, Mexico] to Falmouth free of charge, as the collections are of 'great importance' and should reach England as quickly as possible
