He thanks Parkinson for his assistance in the dispatch of Mr Hartweg's [Theodor Hartweg] collections from Tampico [Mexico], which have now been brought home by Lieutenant Luce [captain of the Penguin]; he is glad the 'Mexican affairs' are settled, and there is likely to be no further difficulties
