Joseph Sabine received Forbes' letter the previous day and will send his letter according to the instructions; he has not paid the portage, as Forbes can charge it on his account; the 'pins' for Sacramento [Leandro do Sacramento, Carmelite friar and botanist in Brazil] will be sent by the same coach as this letter; 'you have done right in buying the things you wanted, especially the shot'
