Written from Verrieres[-le-Buisson, Essonne, France]. Manuscript
He has been better this last week and hopes to continue so; he plans to go to London in October and stay a few days; he will return home via Canterbury where Philippe is to enter school; he hopes to be able to bring to Robinson much of the material for ‘Plantes Potagères’; he would be grateful if Robinson would read the proofs but he should not trouble himself any more with the translation; he will stay with his cousin in Victoria Street if he is still in town, and if not then in Charing Cross
Dated 28 Sep, no year [c.1884; Plantes Potageres was published in 1885]
