Hand-coloured glass lantern slide of Robin Cottage, Wickhamford, taken from the front gate. The path leads to the porch, where Mr Lees-Milne is sitting with his dog. The roof of the cottage is thatched. Ink inscription on recto, '281'. Inscription on recto, 'Robin Cottage. 10306'. Typed label on recto, 'Photograph by Reginald A. Malby & Co., Copyright. As this slide is especially prepared for use with artificial light it should not be criticised by daylight'. Mr George Lees-Milne was the owner of Robin Cottage and Wickhamford Manor.
