Scope & content
The committee is grateful for the RHS’s assistance in affiliating the Ruhleben Horticultural Society, and also for the six cases and one parcel of bulbs and seeds; these have been planted already; they also send thanks for the six pamphlets on gardening subjects; a syllabus of lectures has already been started, and a copy of the syllabus and the papers given will be forwarded in due course; he received the RHS’s letter saying that 11 more cases of bulbs etc have been sent, and is grateful; he encloses a few of their membership cards
